Enchantment

You better believe that before I started my new position, I read Guy Kawasaki's "Enchantment".  The whole idea that Guy intends on getting across is motivating your associates to deliver their maximum potential at work.  I stand behind him 100%.  I know for a fact that there are people that actually want to do more at work and want to handle more responsibility, as well.  It is the manager that has to let the associates know that it is optimal to strive for higher results.  It is a great way to get to know your associates and to explain how they can help deliver additional results to the company.  Everyone wants to feel appreciated and we, as managers, really need to let the associates that work for us know how valuable they really are to the organization.  Thank Bzz Agent for giving me the opportunity to read Enchantment!

Water Bobble

Move over Brits because the Water Bobble is on the move, literally.  I take the Water Bobblr everywhere with me.  It is cool because you put tap water right into the Water Bobble and it filters the water right into the bottle, or Bobble.  It tastes crisp, clean, and refreshing, and it looks really cool.  You can use it over 200 times... now isn't that a great reason to switch from Brita?!

OXO Candela

I was thinking the other day that the OXO Candela rechargeable lights would have been a great thing to have when the power went out.  The house was pitch black and I had some candles, but no means to light them.  I think that the rechargeble lights would have made the situation that much easier to deal with.  The whole concept is great.  The word rechargeable is a great thing.  You can continue using something over and over.  Mother Earth likes those kinds of products.  I can't wait to get my OXO Candela rechargeable lights from Bzz Agent.  I have hyped up the product, so now I just have to get it to show everyone how it works.

OXO Candela

I love the fact that these products are rechargeable.  There is no wax to drip all over the table or furniture and you don't have to worry about you children burning themselves.  The OXO Candelas are a great way to add some light, color, and ambiance to any room or even outdoors.  The Candela Tooli is especially cute, spiffy, or even groovy enough for a child's room or just a room that is exceptionally artistic.  I would recommend these rechargeable lights to others.  I learned about them thanks to Bzz Agent!  Check them out for yourself!
